1. Domestic shipping policy
Matcha Maker Starter Kit:
- Enjoy free shipping within the contiguous US. (For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping starts at $12.99.) Expedited shipping options are available at the customer's expense.
- Orders received before 11:30 AM PST are generally processed on the same business day. Orders received after 11:30 AM PST are typically processed on the next business day. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual processing times may vary due to operational capacity.
- Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends or national holidays.
- A fee of $30.00 will be applied for address corrections requested after the order has been fulfilled.
Organic Matcha Leaf products, accessories and machine replacement parts:
- Free shipping is available within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $31.00. (For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping starts at $4.99.)
- Expedited shipping options are available at the customer's expense. Next day shipping is priced at $29.99, and expedited shipping (2 business days) within the contiguous US is priced at $19.99.
- Orders received before 11:30 AM PST are generally processed on the same day. Orders received after 11:30 AM PST are typically processed on the next business day. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual processing times may vary due to operational capacity.

Important Restrictions & Details
- Ineligible Products: The Matcha Maker Gift Kit and Refurbished Matcha Maker Starter Kit are currently unavailable for international shipping.
- Duties and Taxes: For all international orders, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means you will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
